Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) are not just buzzwords but powerful strategies that drive economic success and employee satisfaction for organisations. Yet, many struggle to translate intent into impactful action. This is where the Greater London Authority’s (GLA) new initiative steps in.

The Mayor’s Workforce Integration Network (WIN) aims to break down barriers in London’s labour market. Central to this effort are the Inclusive Employer Toolkits, designed for organisations of all sizes across various sectors.

What’s in store for you?

Recognising the need for more resounding support, the GLA has partnered with In Diverse Company (IDC) to launch an Implementation Support Programme tailored for the Creative, Health, and Green Economy sectors of all sizes. This support programme is free to all participants and will equip you not only with improved awareness but also with actionable strategies to foster diverse and inclusive workplaces that drive business performance. The programme includes a series of learning sessions, events and access to a virtual knowledge hub, all with the aim to help you internalise the WIN Toolkit and gain the following benefits:

- Grow through Inclusion: Enhance both financial and non-financial aspects of your organisation.

- Modular Learning: Tailor your participation to fit your organisational needs.

- Networking Opportunities: Engage with peers within and beyond your sector.

- Expert Guidance: Benefit from insights shared by EDI and industry experts.

- Virtual Knowledge Hub: Access resources for effective toolkit implementation.

Your Action Required:

To kick off this journey, please complete our Pre Programme Survey:

https://surveys.indiversecompany.com/s3/WIN-Toolkit-Survey

This will help us gauge your current understanding and application of the toolkits and where your organisation currently stands in terms of EDI. Your feedback from this survey will directly influence the focus areas of the support programme and allow us to offer the most relevant resources and guidance to help you effectively implement the Inclusive Employer Toolkits.

Your survey response is not just about providing information; it’s about setting the foundation for meaningful and lasting change within your organisation and across the wider business community. Therefore, we kindly ask that you take a few moments to complete this survey.

We look forward to embarking on this transformative journey with you. Stay tuned for further updates in the coming weeks.
